A 7 day 7 nights Thailand adventure tour incorporating fast twisty roads, scenic elevated back roads, technical hill climbs and stunning off-road tracks. Experience an elevated glass-bottom walkway over the Mekong River. A twisty 1700 meter hilltop viewpoint with incredible sights. The historic 5 Buddha heads magnificent temple complex. A coffee shop is a stone’s throw from neighbouring country Laos! Marvel at the stunning views as we ride alongside one of the most picturesque lakes in Thailand. Express yourself on the various flowing technical off-road sections on the tour.
Please note this tour is not suitable for the entry-level rider. Due to the fast sweeping twisty curves, hilltop climb viewpoints and off-road technical sections. Riders would need to be of a very competent level.
The advanced terrain of this incredible technical adventure tour requires riders to depart from hotels no later than 8.30 am.

DAY 1: Welcome, Paperwork briefing and awesome local Pattaya Loop - Approx. 150 km
We will pick you up from your current hotel in Bangkok or Pattaya and take you to our base camp arriving at around 10. 30 am. (Please make sure you fly to Thailand at least one day before the tour starts to acclimatise to the environment, recover any jet lag and be ready for the biggest and best Thailand Adventure tour.
We will organise a bike briefing (Paperwork) and an introduction to your bike.
We will then do a short 150 km loop of some of our favourite local trails with lunch at The Bikers Cafe or another one of our popular locations.
Around 4.30 pm we will arrive at our favourite local resort for sundowner drinks and to relax for the big adventure that starts the following day.
The first day is an easy ride, getting you used to the bike and Thai humidity, ensures you're relaxed, confident and fully prepared for the wonderful adventure ahead.
DAY 2: Pattaya to Nakhon Ratchasima. Via Khao Yai National Park. Approx. 380 km
At 8 am sharp we Travel up to Nakhon Ratchasima on the scenic back roads passing lakes and glorious countryside. Great twisty winding roads and a selected lunch stop on route to the staggering beauty region of Khao Yai National Park.
We selected a lunch stop to ensure you really experience the beauty of this landscape.
Khao Yai is one of the best and largest national parks within Thailand. The road which runs through the centre is a magnet for motorcyclists who find the scenic tight fast curves a real challenge. There are also many excellent photo opportunities in the park and lakeside stop points. The fresher air and cooler temperatures make it a natural home for an abundance of impressive wildlife including elephants and monkeys and many bird species, which can be seen around this magical environment of over 2000 km².
On leaving the park we continue the sweeping curves and delightful backdrop up to our overnight stop in the popular vibrant town of Nakhon Ratchasima The hotel for the evening is clean comfortable and ideally located on the edge of the National Park where you can soak away the journey and relax in the beautiful surroundings which will energize and revitalize your soul.
DAY 3: Nakhon Ratchasima to Thung Salaeng National Park Approx. 390km
Rested and back in the saddle we’re on our way, stunning scenery awaits you as we ride the twisty roads up to Thung Salaeng National Park. Passing through the narrow country lanes which showcase Thai village life, with their colourful stunning temples and smelling the local cuisine.
We will visit the outdoor Weapon Museum set in elevated picturesque gardens which offer excellent panoramic views of the mountains and lush valleys below. Phrathat Pha Sorn Kaew is a real treat, the 5 Buddha’s, situated on a hilltop overlooking the Phetchabun province, is a real gem. Here we soak up the atmosphere and marvel at this magnificent structure before enjoying a lunch stop with beautiful stunning elevated views of the surrounding hills and countryside.
This most memorable ride day ends at the designated hotel situated on the edge of the National Park, to relax and unwind for the evening.
DAY 4: Thung Salaeng National Park to Chiang Khan Approx. 280km
From this point on the adventure takes on an entirely new feel as the scenery is transformed into something from a bygone Thai era.
The next stage of the tour will take us up to a spectacular technical hill climb section to the scenic spot of Phu Tubberk, which is 1768 metres at its highest point. As we climb up this mountain road, it becomes extremely twisty, with tight hairpin bends, but reaching the summit is well worth it for the absolutely breathtaking views.
We continue the tour along scenic elevated and descending twisty roads to the shortest border point between Thailand and Laos. It’s 20 meters! At this point, we will stop for rooftop café refreshments.
We follow the river and tree-lined roads and the beautiful meandering route up to the delightful town of Chiang Khan.
Here we will stop at the Skywalk, which is 80 metres above the flowing Mekong River and 100 metres long. This glass-bottom walkway has amazing views of both Thailand and Laos mountains and also the point where two rivers meet causing the river to be two colours!. This experience will stay etched in your memory, it’s a real gem.
Now we continue the ride through the countryside to our overnight location of Chiang Khan town, a quaint and quirky riverside town, full of life and bustling with people. This town has bars/restaurants and a magical night market, great for cycle hire or having a stroll along the riverfront boardwalks. The quaint teakwood houses which line the Mekong River offer a real charm to this town. The villages of Laos on the opposite bank are so close you can feel the vibrancy of this stopover location.
DAY 5: Chiang Khan to Khon Kaen Approx. 340km
This is a stunning fast twisty route with scenery that offers incredible viewpoints throughout. Fast tight twisty curves are in abundance as we climb to selected scenic viewpoints. Take a well-earned break at the coffee shop with stunning views down the lush tropical valley.
Lunch is taken care of in our selected lunch stop restaurant offering excellent examples of the local Thai cuisine.
During this scenic ride to Khon Kaen, we will hug the banks of the incredible Ubolratana dam and reservoir. This substantial and stunning site was constructed to generate electricity for the northeastern regions of Thailand and is situated between two national parks. We will ensure that there are a number of scenic spots for your photos as you will not want to miss this treat. We then power along the curvaceous roads into the university city of Khon Kaen for our evening stopover.
Khon Kaen is a vibrant and funky town that offers many restaurants, bars and cafes. It is also an excellent live music venue.
DAY 6: Khon Kaen to Nang Rong Approx. 235 km
We maximise every stage of today’s delightful scenic route, passing paddy fields, farmland, lakes and villages. There are some excellent off-road sections through the wooded countryside. You will pass through stunning rubber tree plantations and cross-country tracks.
This northeast area is known as Isan, the largest region and known for its historical parks. We pass along the rural lake of Huai Kho, with its beautiful wooden bridge walkway through the rice fields. The narrow twisty village roads take us along gentle flowing rivers and bridges, state parks and reservoirs. We will stop at scenic spots for refreshments and photos along this spectacular area of Isan. We continue on the twisty, narrow and rugged countryside roads on route to the vibrant and modern town of Nang Rong, for our final hotel to have a chill-out evening before the last part of the tour tomorrow.
We are able to recommend some excellent restaurants in this town to suit every requirement.
DAY 7: Nang Rong to Motorbike Madness HQ Pattaya 360km
The home leg of the tour continues to deliver with several excellent technical off-road sections. The route is skillfully linked together to perfection so you really get the best from your adventure tour as we meander south back towards home base.
We will ride through the renowned local bikers dream district of Bo Thong. Here are some of the best flowing sweeping bends locally to our eastern region. The limestone mountains are magnificent to ride alongside whilst taking in the splendour of these roads.
On this home leg route, we will ride the curvy and stunning lakeside road around Khlong Si Yat reservoir with scenic photo spots. Stop at a nice selected lunch venue called the “relax” for a well-earned break, before arriving safely back at the Motorbike Madness HQ.
DAY 8: We will drop you at Bangkok airport or your next chosen hotel.
